Science SKE Subjects

Chemistry and Physics are the eligible science subjects that attract funding from DfE for both programme funding and the training bursary.

Please note - due to a reduction in available funding from DfE, we can no longer offer any SKE places for the rest of this academic year 2025-26

Participants who complete their SKE course are given access to the other science disciplines (including biology) for 1 year during ITT training

We encourage our students to develop their reflective skills and give them room for personal development

We offer the full range of SKE course lengths, from 8 to 28 weeks in length.
